Families who have made an application for their son/daughter to be admitted to the Academy but have been unsuccessful, have the right to Appeal.

In order to do this, you need to request a pack of Appeal papers to be sent out by calling the Admissions Officer at the Academy on 01902 558600 option 5.

Included in this pack are our Director’s Statement, some Appeal Notes & an Appeal Form, which should be returned to The Clerk to the Appeals Panel at the Civic Centre by the date stated on the letter enclosed in the pack.

Once received by the Clerk to the Appeals panel, they will arrange a hearing for your case to be heard by an Independent Appeals Panel. You do not have to be present at the Appeal as it will still be heard in your absence. Also present at the appeal will be a representative from the Academy.

Once all hearings have taken place, a decision will be made and you will be informed in writing of the outcome.
